Good morning Shark Tank fans!
Over the past seven seasons, we have seen hundreds of incredible and inventive Shark Tank contestants from across the country. Today, we are thrilled to cover three exceptional bearded contestants from the show.
Beard Head
It was a beautiful but bitter-cold day on the Lake Tahoe ski slopes for David Stankunas when, racing down the hill, David faced a frigid problem. His face was freezing and the bandana used to cover his chin just wasn’t cutting it. The solution? David spent countless hours and “miles of yarn” constructing the perfect BeardHead. By creating a beanie that fully covered his face (while looking very stylish), he was able to ski down the mountain in warmth. Since the launch of Beard Head, the company has appeared on Shark Tank and become the largest bearded headwear brand in the country.

Beard King
Growing a beard can be a very messy ordeal. Florida couple, Nick and Alessia Galekovic created a brilliant product to solve the disheveled beard grooming process. Nick hit the drawing board and developed a catching bib that simplified beard maintenance. Since the launch and appearance on Shark Tank, BeardKing has shown tremendous growth and has kept countless bathrooms clean! Additionally, the team has launched oil and grooming accessories to keep your face in tip-top shape.

Beardbrand
Eric Bandholz was on month eight of beard growing when he decided to compete in the 2012 West Coast Beard and Mustache Championships in Portland, Oregon. Disagreeing with the labeled “fad” that beards had once been named, Eric launched a blog to bring beard-growers together. Soon after, Eric teamed up with friends Lindsey Reinders and Jeremy McGee to start a beard movement. With $30 and a strong vision for superior beard grooming products, BeardBrand was born. The team has created beard oils, grooming kits, cologne, and more with hopes that the company can foster style for urban beardsmen.
